International Sales Team

Cheli & Peacock's core team works with international enquiries for safari itineraries - we look after every detail from a guest's point of arrival in Kenya to their departure.  Each safari is custom-designed to the specifications of the particular client.  A fun dynamic team that has worked together for many years, we are passionate about what we do!

Savi
Savi was born and brought up on the slopes of Mt. Kenya, in Nanyuki, Laikipia. She studied in the UK for her BA (Hons) degree before returning home to live in Kenya.  Savi has been a CP international Safari Sales consultant since 2006.

 

 

Angela
Born and brought up in Nairobi, Angela was trained in tourism and travel, and continued her career in the safari world since leaving college.  Angela as been a senior consulant within the international Safari Sales team since 2003.

 

 

Raymond
Raymond was born and brought up in Nairobi, trained in tours and travel management; a profession he has been in since leaving college. He is an international Safari Sales consultant for Cheli & Peacock since 2006.

 

 

Celestine
Celestine has been with Cheli & Peacock since 2005. Brought up in Nairobi, Celestine attended the University of Nairobi, where she achieved Honours in her BSc Mathematics degree. Since joining Cheli & Peacock, Celestine has gained experience in every aspect of our International Sales department - operations, Special Safaris, and tour consulting.

Nelly
Born and bred in Nakuru, in the Rift Valley, Nelly was trained in tours & travel management. She has been in the tourism business for the last eight years, and has now been with Cheli & Peacock since 2005. Nelly manages C&P's ground handling operations.

Caro
Caro joined Cheli & Peacock in 2005, and although she was previously based within our marketing department, she is now part of the operations team - where she works alongside Nelly.

 

Francisca
'Fran' joined the Operations team in January 2011. She brings along extensive experience of over 6 years, in both large-scale tourism and luxury high-end tourism and holds a Diploma in Tourism Management from the Kenya Polytechnic University College. Fran has also undergone several certifications in short-term Tourism courses, and is delighted to put together the arrangements for Cheli & Peacock's Special Safaris clients.

 

Sylvia
Sylvia was born and brought up in Nairobi. She studied Business Administration and began her career in the tourism industry in 2002. Sylvia joined the Operations team at Cheli & Peacock in May of 2011 and works alongside Nelly, Fran and Caro in the Operations Department.

Special Safaris

Special Safaris is a team within international sales that works on safaris that are bigger projects or need specialist bookings, eg weddings, very large groups, helicopters, camel safaris etc.

Antonia
Antonia was born and brought up in Kenya, and is 3rd generation Kenyan. She has worked in C&P's international Safari Sales since 1999. Antonia now heads up our International Sales department as well as Cheli & Peacock's specialised safaris department.

Judith
With over 13yrs experience in the tourism industry and with a diploma in tourism management from the renowned Kenya Utalii College, Judy joined Cheli & Peacock during July 2008, and works with Antonia in our specialised safaris department.

 

 

Marketing

The marketing department is first point of call for tour operators that need information about Cheli & Peacock touring, or any of the lodges within The C&P Portfolio.

Charlotte
Charlotte is Cheli & Peacock's marketing manager. Her grandfather, Sir Paget Bourke, was Chief Justice in Kenya during Independence, so she has a long family connection with Kenya. Charlotte carries out the marketing for all of The C&P Portfolio properties, as well as for Cheli & Peacock itself. She is very happy to help with any camp / lodge / safari / press queries, and is the person to contact regarding brochure or image requests.

Julia
Julia recently joined Cheli & Peacock to work alongside Charlotte in the marketing department. Julia is a graduate of the Hotelschool the Hague, and with a passion for marketing and travel, she is excited with her new role at one of Kenya's leading safari companies. She speaks fluent Spanish, Russian, German & English, and will be focussing a lot of her attention on countries where we do not currently have marketing representation (e.g. Eastern Europe, Spain, Australia & South America).

 

Carolyne
Carolyne joined Cheli & Peacock's dynamic team of staff in 2008, as a marketing assistant and contact database administrator. Carolyne is creative and passionate about travel, and carries out all of our day-to-day administration tasks and marketing material distribution.
